Quick facts
Sleeps comfortably up to 6 persons (even 10 in mattresses) and in summertime up to 10 persons.
There is electric heating in the main cottage and refrigerator, tv, coffee maker, microwave, stove, tv, and fireplace. Dry toilet is outside and there´s no shower. Traditional sauna just about 10 meters from the lake. About 700 meters boat trip by rowing boat to the island. Three marked parking place.

A beautiful 2 hectare peaceful private island and properties for rent. The island is located by lake Saimaa in southeastern Finland. It´s only 25 kilometers from Lappeenranta city by car and you´ll be in the heart of nature.
Our homely and traditional summer cabin is ideal for a family or a couple who wants to spend a peaceful vacation in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. There are plenty of opportunities to spend your vacation: relaxation, sunshine, sauna, swimming, winter swimming, fishing, ice fishing, skiing, different berries and fungi. The rental prise does not include towels and linens (10 €/person).

Vuokrattavana rauhallinen, talviasuttava hirsimökki Saimaalla
Mökki sijaitsee omassa kahden hehtaarin saaressa, jossa ei ole muita asukkaita tai mökkejä. Saari sijaitsee Taipalsaarella, noin 20 km ajomatkan päässä Lappeenrannasta. Autopaikka on mantereen puolella, josta on soutumatkaa saareen noin 700 metriä.
Varusteina on mm. sähkölämmitys, takka, puu- ja sähköliesi , jääkaappi, tiskiallas, mikro, kahvinkeitin, TV , puulämmitteinen rantasauna ja soutuvene. Juomavesi on talvella kaivovettä, joka on kannetava sisälle. Kesällä keittiöön tulee juokseva kylmä vesi. WC on ulkorakennuksessa (kuivakäymälä).
Makuupaikkoja on yläkerrassa noin kolmelle ja alhaalla 1-3 hengelle, joista osa patjoilla. Patjoja ja makuupaikkoja on päärakennuksessa, aittamajoitukseen tarvitaan omat vuodevarusteet. Aitassa ei ole lämmitystä, eikä sähköä. Hintaan tulee lisäksi tarvittaessa vuodevaatteet-/pyyhkeet 10 €/hlö.

Here are the rental rates per day, week and month
Ohessa vuokraushinnat/4 hlö:ä. Yli 4 hengen ryhmille lisämaksu 10 €/vrk/hlö.
Pyyhkeet ja lakanat eivät sisälly hintaan. Halutessasi voit tuoda omat liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet. Muussa tapauksessa pyyhkeistä ja lakanoista
veloitetaan 10 €/hlö.
Lähtöpäivänä on luovutus klo 12 ja tulopäivänä saapuminen pääsääntöisesti klo 15:30 jälkeen.
Saari ja kiinteistöt tulee jäädä siihen kuntoon missä ne olivat, muussa tapauksessa siivouksesta veloitetaan 60 €.
Jätteet tulee viedä pois vuokraajan toimesta. Maksu suoritetaan etukäteen, kiitos!
Rates are for four (4) people. Over four people there is an extra cost 10 €/night each extra person .Towels and linen are not included. If you want, you can use own. Otherwise there will be extra cost 10 €/person.
Departures no later than 12.00 am, and arrivals no sooner than 15.30 p.m. Exceptions are possible.
The island and properties should remain as they were, otherwise the cost for cleaning is 60 €.
Carbage must be taken with you when you leave and the payment must be done beforehand, thank you!

In wintertime (Oct to April) the water to the cabin and sauna must be taken from the well (water source) because the water pumps are not in place.
